FluoEM Data
The FluoEM data can be accessed and browsed using webKnossos, our efficient in-browser annotation tool for 3D image data: Boergens, K.M., Berning, M., Bocklisch, T., Bräunlein, D., Drawitsch, F., Frohnhofen, J., Herold, T., Otto, P., Rzepka, N., Werkmeister, T., et al. The data is hosted on a webKnossos demo instance, allowing to directly browse our published datasets without requiring prior user registration.

On the webKnossos landing page dataset thumbnails are displayed. Expand the view by clicking “show more” in the right corner of the “Max Planck Institute for Brain Research” section. You can view the relevant FluoEM datasets either by selecting one of the following dataset thumbnails or use the direct links taking you directly into the data browsing mode:
